The Nilaya offers you 24 rooms in 3 categories. All rooms offer the same services and the difference is of the room size. Each room is themed according the floor its on, ranging from Birds(Ground floor), Flowers(1st floor), Places(2nd floor) and Trees(third floor).
Premium
4 slightly larger rooms located on the second and third floor. Themed around Places (Chitkul, Kunzum) and Trees (Lal Burans, Deodar).
All 4 rooms offer a Valley view.
Room Size: 325- 474 sq. ft.
Super Deluxe
8 spacious rooms, all with a unique personality, themed around birds (Monal, Teetar, Patringa), flowers (Mahua, Mogra, Chandani, Champa, Raat Ki Rani). Rooms are spread across the ground and first floor with a twin-bed sharing room. All rooms in this category are sun facing.

Super Deluxe

8 spacious rooms, all with a unique personality, themed around birds (Bulbul, Chukar, Sarus), flowers (Gulab, Gudhal, Kamal, Kumud) and Trees (Chir). Rooms are spread across the ground and first floor only. All rooms don't offer a view.

3 Compact rooms located on the ground and first floor. Themed around Nargis, Jujurana, and the Cheer Pheasant. These cute little rooms offer all room services but are not spacious enough for an extra bed.
